Campaign: #LearnToEatFit

This campaign won the 2020 Patricia Kay Benoit Research Award by LSU.

I created this professional public relations campaign for Ochsner Eat Fit as my final thesis for graduate school. It contains:

  • secondary and primary research

  • a communication analysis

  • a situation analysis

  • key messages

  • goals and objectives

  • deliverables

  • an implementation plan

After conducting extensive secondary research, I created and implemented a survey that I sent to community members. This survey gave me valuable insight on their attitudes toward health and wellness as well as their awareness of Eat Fit. Results from this survey allowed me to create messages to minimize confusion and build better brand awareness.

The main goal of this project was to establish a strong, trusted brand image of Eat Fit as a free health and wellness program that helps community members easily make healthy food choices. I also hoped to but improve the overall health and wellness of Louisiana communities.
