Newsletters
LDH has a weekly internal newsletter that goes out to all 7,000 employees. This newsletter requires me to gather stories from various regions and program offices, edit their submissions, do research and write my own stories, collect photos, write captions, create graphics, format and design the newsletter's layout, ensure that all employee events and HR information gets included, and include all media mentions of LDH.
I'm proud to say that since the newsletter was assigned to me, our "open rate" has increased from an average of 27% to an average of 76%

Each newsletter consists of the following:

Design tips or writing tips (this alternates each week)
