Surveys
I constructed this survey using Qualtrics for Ochsner Eat Fit to understand attitudes toward health and wellness amongst community members and to determine how aware they are of Eat Fit.
The survey consisted of 45 questions, both close-ended and open-ended. It was broken into four sections: Attitudes Toward Health, Awareness of Eat Fit, Communication Tools, and Demographics.

This survey gave me valuable insight on their attitudes toward health and wellness as well as their awareness of Eat Fit. Results from this survey allowed me to create messages to minimize confusion and build better brand awareness.

I worked with a team, STEMM, to conduct research to understand the academic success of Louisiana State University (LSU) student-athletes in comparison to non-student athletes.
We began our primary research by hosting focus groups to determine the academic stresses and successes of student-athletes in comparison to non-student athletes. We then created two surveys on Qualtrics: one for LSU student-athletes and one for LSU non-student athletes.
Through these focus groups and two surveys, STEMM successfully gained useful information regarding a student-athlete’s time management skills, attitudes toward academics and sports, feelings of value, and usefulness of tools given by the university to succeed.
